By accessing or using PixChord, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Description of Service

PixChord is an AI-powered music generation service that creates original songs from photos and text prompts. The service requires credits to generate music, which can be purchased through the app.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use PixChord. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Purchases

Credits are required to generate music. Credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Credits do not expire. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

All purchases are made via In-App Purchase on iOS and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5. Ownership of Generated Content

You retain ownership of the music generated through PixChord for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your generated songs freely. Commercial use of generated music requires a separate license. PixChord retains the right to use generated content for service improvement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without authorization
• Impersonate other users or entities

7. Content Guidelines

Photos and prompts submitted to PixChord must not contain illegal content, explicit material involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hate. We reserve the right to refuse service for violations.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data including generated songs will be permanently removed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixChord is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated music will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GB Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PixChord.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of PixChord after changes constitutes acceptance.
